Sliding Vane Pumps
Sliding vane pumps are designed with unique "self-adjusting" vanes that allow them to maintain near-original volumetric performance during the life of the pump — meaning these pumps are not subject to efficiency-robbing slip that occurs from wear in gear and lobe pumps.

Internal Gear Pumps
G Series & EV6900
Heavy Duty Bracket Internal Gear Pumps in Cast Iron
Blackmer G Series and EV6900 series pumps can be found in applications such as tank battery circulation, well maintenance, hot oil service, and cleaning. Treater trucks are equipped with pumps designed to pump water-based well-treating chemicals which are typically composed of fresh or produced water and a blend of paraffin, solvents, or other similar chemicals into storage tanks or directly into the backside of tubing at the well site. Treater trucks can service 15-40 wells per day, unloading approximately 200 gallons in a single stop. In hot oil service, pumps are used to clear blockages in piping, casings, or tanks, and for heating water and other fracturing fluids as part of product recovery processes.
- Applications:
- Tank battery circulation
- Treater trucks/well head cleaning and enrichment
