You may have noticed something new on our sliding vane pump and reciprocating compressor product pages – maintenance, rebuild and tool kit part numbers are now available. By providing these part numbers directly on the product pages, you no longer hunt through Parts Lists documents to find part numbers for the kits needed for your vane pump or gas compressor.
Sliding Vane Pump Parts Kits:
Maintenance Kits include all wear components for the vane pump. This includes vanes, push rods, o-rings and mechanical seals. The maintenance kits are a low cost solution to keep your sliding vane pump operating at high levels for a long periods of time and helps protect your initial vane pump investment.
Rebuild Kits will contain all of the components of the maintenance kit, but with the addition of a rotor and shaft assembly for the vane pump.
Maintenance kits are available for all vane pump models, but rebuild kits are only available for vane pump models that have major replacement parts like liners and discs. If you would like a detailed breakdown of what each rebuild and maintenance kit contains, please refer to the appropriate Parts Lists document for your product.
Reciprocating Gas Compressor Parts Kits:
Tool Kits are available for all the gas compressor models. These kits provide the needed tools to perform routine maintenance and repair activities with your gas compressor. More information about Blackmer Gas Compressor Tool Kits can be found here.
Repair Kits are only available for some LB Series Compressors. They are separated in two categories Top End Repair and Intermediate Repair, depending on which part of the reciprocating compressor requires repair. Please review the appropriate Parts Lists for more details.
