Discover the new Quattroflow® QB2-SD Micropump in booth 1027 and win an iPad Air

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL, April 9, 2024 – PSG® Biotech, a leading provider of a range of pump and flow meter technologies for use in life science and biopharmaceutical process applications, and a brand of PSG®, will showcase its latest products and innovations in booth 1027 at the 2024 INTERPHEX Show, which will be held from April 16-18, 2024, at the Javits Center in New York, NY.

PSG Biotech will showcase a large part of its pump and flow meter portfolio for the biopharmaceutical industry, including the new Quattroflow® QB2-Standard (QB2-SD) Single-Use Precision Micropump. The QB2-SD is the smallest size in the family of compact, single-use, lightweight rotary microdosing pumps. Designed for precision, they can be used to transfer delicate biologics. With a minimum resolution of 25 μl and flow rates up to 2.7 liters per hour (91.3 fluid ounces per hour), the QB2-SD pump is ideal for liquid-handling operations requiring precise and delicate dosing of products that can be found in cell & gene therapy, laboratory, and small-scale upstream and downstream applications

PSG Biotech will display all five sizes of its award-winning BioProTT FlowSU System. An innovative flow measurement system for single-use biopharmaceutical applications, the “Ready. Connect. Flow.” design of the BioProTT FlowSU features a first-of-its-kind disposable sensor that eliminates the need for calibration, along with an easy-to-mount holder profile with integrated electronics. With its high level of features and little to no maintenance needs, the BioProTT FlowSU System fulfills the needs of the most critical biopharma and bioprocessing applications. Additionally, the BioProTT FlowSU’s standard interfaces and connection types and user-friendly operation make integration seamless and easy.

A new version of the SumoFlo® Single-Use Coriolis Flow Meter, featuring an integrated digital display, will also be featured in the booth. SumoFlo has been engineered to provide best-in-class accuracy within +/-1% of the flow-rate reading. That accuracy is unaffected by flow regime or variations to the velocity profile, even when measuring bubbly or frothy liquids. The seven models of SumoFlo flow meters offer flow ranges from 0.002 to 100 kg/min, which makes them ideal for measuring liquids in biopharma and other high-purity applications.

In addition, INTERPHEX attendees who visit the PSG Biotech booth will also have a chance to win a new iPad Air. After the competition's success in 2023, PSG Biotech is again challenging bioprocess manufacturers to inspire its next generation of flow control technologies by answering six easy questions. The iPad will be given away to a lucky winner during the company’s happy hour, taking place at 4:30 p.m. EST on Wednesday, April 17, at the PSG Biotech booth.
