• How do I contact a distributor or dealer in my area?

  Find local distributors on the Blackmer website by using the distributor locator - https://www.psgdover.com/blackmer/contact-us/distributor-locator.

• How do I get access to Quick Quotes (Q2)?

  Distributors can access Blackmer Quick Quotes (Q2) through the distributor portal under the pricing tab. Approval to the distributor portal automatically gives access to Q2. Enter an email address and an email with a Q2 sheet will be sent shortly. Please repeat this every six months for updates including pricing updates and product releases.

• How do I get access to BlackOps?

  Distributors can access BlackOps through the distributor portal under the pricing tab. For first time users, click "request new user ID" to be set up for approved access. Approval may take up to 24 hours.

• As a distributor, how do I access the Blackmer distributor portal?

  At the top right corner of the Blackmer website, select "MY BLACKMER DISTRIBUTOR PORTAL" or go click on the following link - https://portal.psgdover.com/distributor-home/select-brand. Be sure to click on the Blackmer banner button once you are logged in to view the Blackmer distributor portal.

  
  

• Where can I purchase pumps or spare parts for my application?

  Please contact a local Blackmer distributor in your area. You can find your local Blackmer distributor here: https://www.psgdover.com/blackmer/contact-us/distributor-locator

• Where is weight information for a pump?

  Approximate shipping weights are located on the dimension page for the specified pump. If not listed there, contact the local distributor for more information.

• I can’t access the distributor portal, what do I do?

  This may be for a few reasons. You may not yet be set up for access. For security reasons, general email addresses (Yahoo, Gmail or AOL) are not permitted. You must have a valid domain/email address in order to have access. Please contact psgportal@psgdover.com for access.

• Do your products come with installation instructions?

  All products are shipped with an installation and operation manual (IOM). All IOMs are available at https://www.psgdover.com/blackmer/download-library/ioms.

• What information do you provide on a serial number tag?

  • Serial Number
  • ID No.
  • Model No.
  • Manufacture Date
  • ATEX rating

• How do I find the published lead time?

  • For pumps, compressors, and bypass valves - click on Pricing and select LEADTIMES.PDF
  • For parts – click on Pricing and select Parts.PDF. All parts lead times are 1 week except those noted with a “V” on the parts list

• How do I look up a serial number?

  1. Click on Serial Number Lookup
  2. If it is not available, contact your Customer Service Rep for assistance.

• How do I request an RMA (Return Material Authorization)?
