SUMOFLO® CPFM-8103

The extremely accurate SumoFlo® CPFM-8103-series Single-Use Coriolis Flow Meter provides best in class accuracy of ±1% of reading. With flow ranges from 0.05 to 100 kg/min, SumoFlo® Coriolis Flow Meter come in seven models and is specially designed for measuring liquids in high-purity bio-pharmaceutical and other applications that require all gamma-sterilizable wetted surfaces. Due to patented Coriolis technology, SumoFlo® Flow Meters offer ±1% accuracy of mass flow rate readings that is unaffected by flow regime or variations to the velocity profile, allowing for accurate measurements of bubbly or frothy fluids.

The SumoFlo® Coriolis Flow Meter is the world's only gamma-sterilizable Coriolis mass flow meter, and is available in a disposable, drop-in form factor for single-use applications. The fluid contacting surfaces are made of unreinforced PEEK (Polyether ether ketone) that meet USP Class VI, USP 661, and USP 788 standards.

Optional Integral Display Transmitter now available option for use with SumoFlo® CPFM-8103-Series Single-Use Coriolis Flow Meter. The display transmitter features an 144 x 144mm panel mounted four line display which can simultaneously display:

  • Flow Rate
  • Totalized Flow
  • Density
  • Temperature

Additionally, the SumoFlo Integral Display Transmitter, offers re-zero and reset the totalizer capabilities form the front of the display panel. Available in either panel mounted or table-top version, the display transmitter is a durable component, that can be reused since it has no contact with fluids. The SumoFlo Integral Display Transmitter provides users with instantaneous process metrics, enabling operator to identify and respond to process variations and failures quicker with less wasted time and materials.

SumoFlo® is also available in a low flow version with a flow rate range of 0.002 to 0.05 kg/min.
